Issue

Newly installed hypervisor is configured via the Text user interface to connect to RHEV-M
- After is configured and connected, RHEV-M is used to perform the remaining configuration of bonds, networks, etc and host is rebooted.
- Hypervisor is not bringing up after reboot and logging via console and interface ifcfg-em1* is not configured as expected
