Issue

Admin sockets (/var/run/ceph/rbd-client-.asok) are not cleared up while using Nova with Ceph.
The following errors get logged while trying to start up instances:

Error: Failed to launch instance "QA-authoring-api": Please try again later [Error: [Errno 24] Too many open files]

An 'lsof' on the node shows more than 10K open instances of the admin socket /var/run/ceph/rbd-client-.asok
