Managing printer configuration across multiple fail-over RHEL/CUPS print servers
Issue
Can you suggest a workflow that will ease the burden of adding or deleting printers across 4 print servers? As an example, we are going to deploy 2 Cups 'nodes' in production and in 2 in development. An application owner may request a new print queue be added for his application. According to our existing processes with the new HA solution, we would need to go out to each of the 4 servers and manually add the definitions. This is obviously not efficeint.
