How to add users for Human Task notification during runtime?

Issue

New users are being added during runtime - i.e. via add-user.sh command. Once done, they are also added into user-info.properties file which is the default file from where users for Human Task Email Notification are loaded.

However, the user added during runtime is receiving mails only after server restart or business-central redeploy.

How to add these users for email notification in a way they will be picked up during runtime without the need for restart or redeploy?
