After updating to nfs-utils package from "1.3.0-0.5.el7" and higher, fails to enable the nfs-secure on boot

- After upgrading to nfs-utils package from "1.3.0-0.5.el7" and higher
# systemctl enable nfs-secure
Failed to issue method call: No such file or directory
