[Satellite] repository-enable joins repositories with different architecures
Issue
- upgrading Satellite 5 to Satellite 6
- enabling repositories does not distinguish among architectures
hammer import repository-enabledoes not correctly recognizechannel_label- i.e. having
rhel-x86_64-server-6andrhel-i686-server-6repositories, the second taken is considered as duplicate
- further content views having wrong repository enabled (of wrong architecture)

- Red Hat Satellite or Proxy 5 and 6 (transition among them)
