Environment

Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 6.6 running virt-v2v-0.9.1-5.el6_5 and earlier
Virtual Machines using grub Version 1 (Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 and earlier) with invalid custom console options configured
