Authentication does not support ñ character in password in JBoss

Issue

• Authentication fails when ñ character is used in password when using JBoss EAP 6.
• While using LDAP or Active Directory with org.jboss.security.auth.spi.LdapExtLoginModule the authentication fails when using ñ character is used in the password.
• When using <%@ page contentType="text/html; charset=utf-8" %> in the login jsp page, the authentication fails when using ñ character is used in the password.
