Issue

We have problem with virtio network driver. On the Linux machines (CentOS 6.5) iperf test show 15 Gib/s, but on Windows machines (Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter, Windows Server 2008 R2 Datacenter with SP1) iperf show less 3 Gib/s. Version of virtio drivers is 1.7.2
