How to use an override statement on Fuse CLI

I have an override statement that I'm able to apply using HAWTIO, but am unable to figure out how to do the equivalent statement through the Fuse CLI. The statement is:

override.mvn\:io.fabric8/fabric-maven-proxy/1.0.0.redhat-394=mvn\:io.fabric8.patch/fabric-maven-proxy/1.0.0
