How can Java Security Manager (JSM) be used with FSW_6.0_3_2014 and beyond?

Issue

Roll up patches for Fuse Service Works starting with FSW_6.0_3_2014 and beyond make use of an upgraded EAP. These later versions of EAP disallow full use of Java Security Manager, so earlier configurations may need to be upgraded.
