Warring messages when login to admin-console in JBoss EAP 5.x and SOA-P 5.x

Issue

The following warning messages were output in server.log when user logs on to admin-console,. Is this harmful?

WARN  [org.jboss.seam.Component] (http-0.0.0.0-8080-1) Component class should be serializable: sessionInfoAction
WARN  [org.jboss.seam.security.permission.PersistentPermissionResolver] (http-0.0.0.0-8080-1) no permission store available - please install a PermissionStore with the name 'org.jboss.seam.security.jpaPermissionStore' if persistent permissions are required.
