How can I print a document in RHEL and have it held at the printer until is is released by a passcode entered into the printer?

Issue

This is the work flow that we would like to achieve:

The user prints a document from their computer.
The document is sent to the printer, but not printed.
The user walks to the printer and enters a passcode to unlock the document for printing.
The printer prints the document after the passcode is entered into the printer.
