Teiid Designer LDAP importer fails silently when no value is specified in the wizard's "Location" field

Issue

• LDAP Importer Fails without error
• Not specifying location in LDAP import will move forward through all settings and then will do nothing without throwing an error[1].
• Teiid Designer LDAP importer fails silently when no value is specified in the wizard's "Location" field
