How to insert rules in firewallD during kickstart (at the moment when firewallD is not running)?
Issue
- During kickstart process, administrator wants to insert rules in firewallD (the moment it's not started). firewall-cmd client is unable to interact with FirewallD if it's not running and it gives message FirewallD is not running not running.
