Issue
- Server was rebooted unexpectedly and no critical errors were reported in OS logs.
- Integrated Management Module (IMM) had following errors
Fault in slot "PCI 2" on system
Fault in slot "All PCI Error" on system
A Uncorrectable Bus Error has occurred on system

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.7
- IBM System x3650 M3
