Are cluster-user and cluster-password required for HornetQ?

Issue

The HornetQ manual Cluster User Credentials states:

It is imperative that these values are changed from their default, or remote clients 
will be able to make connections to the server using the default values. If they are 
not changed from the default, HornetQ will detect this and pester you with a warning 
on every start-up.

Is this correct?
