How to change or disable the "Ctrl+Alt+Del" behavior in GNOME Desktop on Red Hat Enterprise Linux system?

Issue

• The default Ctrl+Alt+Del dialog on Gnome Desktop is "Power Off/Shutdown" dialog. User want to replace behavior or remove the keybinding at all.
• We want to disable Alt+Ctrl+Del behaviour of getting Hibernate/Reboot/Shutdown dialog window.
• I dont want to disable the (Alt+Ctrl+Del) key combination through graphical mode instead I need to disable this option through command mode. Please suggest how we can implement this through command mode.
