Include sudo 1.8.7 or later in RHEL7

Solution In Progress - Updated -

Issue

There is some functionality in a later version of sudo (1.8.7) that allows the sudo configuration to store a checksum alongside the command being permitted and then at runtime the checksum is compared to make sure that nothing has changed in the binary/file/script.

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.0
  • sudo
