qpid broker timeouts client connections without a reason

Issue

  • having qpid client connections with heartbeats enabled
  • qpid broker time to time, without an evident pattern, closes a (AMQP+)TCP connection from random clients with "timed out" error

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise MRG Messaging until 2.5.9 or lower
    • qpid-cpp-server of version 0.18-36 or lower
  • Red Hat Enterprise MRG Messaging 3.0
