getPlatformMBeanServer finds wrong server

Issue

• getPlatformMBeanServer finds wrong server . I am hitting exactly this problem https://developer.jboss.org/thread/240260
• When I turned on the JMX agent on one of the applications that runs on JBoss, it started throwing errors because it doesn't find the jboss.as.. MBeans. The reason it doesn't find them may be because they are not registered on the MBeanServer returned by ManagementFactory.getPlatformMBeanServer(). Also , JBoss does add some MBeans to the platform MBean server when the JMX agent is turned on. It just doesn't add the jboss.as MBeans.
