Server logs shows 'fcoemon: FC_HOST_EVENT 65535=vendor_unique datalen' messages

Issue

  • After assigning the FCoE LUNs to a system, following messages are continuously getting logged in the system log:

    fcoemon: FC_HOST_EVENT 1381 at 1427294431 secs on host0:code 65535=vendor_unique datalen 32 data=128
    fcoemon: FC_HOST_EVENT 1382 at 1427294431 secs on host0:code 65535=vendor_unique datalen 32 data=128
    fcoemon: FC_HOST_EVENT 1383 at 1427294432 secs on host0:code 65535=vendor_unique datalen 32 data=512
    fcoemon: FC_HOST_EVENT 1384 at 1427294432 secs on host0:code 65535=vendor_unique datalen 32 data=512
    fcoemon: FC_HOST_EVENT 1385 at 1427294453 secs on host0:code 65535=vendor_unique datalen 32 data=128
