response.setBufferSize() has no effect when using the response writer

Issue

• We use response.setBufferSize() to increase the response buffer. It seems to have no effect though when using the response writer; the response is still committed at the same point as when using the default buffer size.
• We are trying to configure http response buffer size for JBoss server (domain mode), but we couldn't find a proper configuration parameter for that. The goal is to set the size of response to be written before it is flushed to the client side.
