HP EliteBook WLAN not enabled on new RHEL 6.2 install

Issue

When running rfkill list, customer get the following output proving an hard block.

[userd@EliteBook6930p Desktop]$ rfkill list all
0: phy0: Wireless LAN
    Soft blocked: no
    Hard blocked: yes
2: hci0: Bluetooth
    Soft blocked: no
    Hard blocked: no

Same issue does not occur in RHEL5.7

Environment
