Docker-Registry starts with 'Cache storage disabled!' or 'LRU cache disabled!' warnings

Issue

  • When starting docker-registry the following warnings are seen in the journal:

 WARNING: Cache storage disabled!
 WARNING: LRU cache disabled!
 WARNING: Cache storage disabled!
 WARNING: LRU cache disabled!

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7
  • docker-registry
