foreman-debug shows foreman version 1.6-develop on my Satellite6
Environment
Red Hat Satellite or Proxy 6.0
Issue
Running foreman-debug on our Satellite6 server, it shows foreman of version 1.6-develop. Does this mean we have a developer version of Foreman?
Resolution
That string is present on any Satellite 6.0 installation. For detecting foreman version, check output of rpm -qa | grep foreman that should show foreman version since 1.6.0.44-1 onwards. That are the supported enterprise version of foreman for Satellite 6.
The underlying bug is planned to be fixed in Satellite 6.1.
