Hosts provisioned from the Satellite show "out of sync"

Issue

• After provisioning a number of hosts from the Satellite server, the first host worked as expected and is reporting in to the satellite without issue, however all subsequent hosts created using the same template initially showed as "not reporting" and then after a number of hours this changes to "out of sync".
