Having one or more of the following messages logged:

  • WARNING: at mm/page_alloc.c:1338 get_page_from_freelist+0x810/0x820
  • WARNING: at mm/page_alloc.c:1341 get_page_from_freelist
    immediately following or preceding a "page allocation failure"

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server 6 (with the High Availability and Resilient Storage Add Ons)
  • kernel prior to release 2.6.32-358.el6
  • GFS2
