mod_cluster context is not enabled after being started again through the tomcat manager app

Issue

  • When I stop an application in tomcat using the manager application, I can see that the context has become STOPPED on the mod_cluster-manager page. When I restart the application in tomcat through the manager application, I do not see that the context is ENABLED again.

Environment

  • JBoss Enterprise Web Server (EWS) 2.x
    • Tomcat
    • mod_cluster
