Why not able to activate export domain in Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization 3.4?

Issue

Export of the VM got failed.
After which when, tried to access VM Import tab in export domain all domains became inactive and datacenter and SPM are in contending status.
Now the DataCenter is active but export domain is inactive.
