The Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 system hang on boot at "Starting Framework" service after replacing motherboard.

Issue

• One of Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 servers failed due to some hardware problem.
• After we replaced the faulty parts (mother board was replaced), we managed to boot the server .
• The server allows me to select which kernel version to boot but which ever version will only end up the system stalled at the framework service
• I have waited for hours and it is still at the bootup screen with "Starting Framework:"
