Issue

  • No "VM Import" tab visible after importing a Storage Domain (SD) into an uninitialized Data Center (DC)
  • Unable to see any previous VM information for SD
  • Unable to import any VMs

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterpise Virtualization (RHEV) 3.5
  • An uninitialized data center - In this context, "uninitialized" simply means a newly created DC with no attached SD

Either:

  • An SD that was cleanly removed from another RHEV installation

Or:

  • An SD that was uncleanly removed from another RHEV installation
