Tomcat application not available when scaled on Openshift
Issue
- Application not available when scaled using Tomcat cartridge.
- When deploying application as binary war using tomcat cartridge it is not available when scaled.
- Creating application from another application doesn't load the war.
- Create app from another app doesn't load my war
