Bundle features are not able to refresh using profile-refresh in Fuse Fabric

Solution Verified - Updated -

Issue

  • In our fabric cluster setup, we are using file protocol to define the location of features.xml. We have crated a custom profile for our application and enabled the features in the fabric profile. The feature will be having the location of bundles in file system.

  • The problem is, whenever we update the artifacts, we execute profile-refresh command of our custom profile to install the updated bundles in child container. But it is not happening, still it is pointing to older artifacts.

  • Everytime we have to go inside the instances/<Node>/ folder and delete the older artifacts. After deleting the older artifacts, child container is downloading newer artificats. Everytime we are spending lot of time for deployment to identify what got refreshed and not refreshed.

Environment
