Why getting runtime Exception Translet class loaded, but unable to create translet instance in JBoss EAP 6 ?

Issue

• Getting following Translet class loaded, but unable to create translet instance runtime exception mentioned in XALANJ-2535. It seems that was fixed in the Jboss EAP version prior to 6.3.2 which we have but for some reason, things do not work the way we expected.
