ActiveMQ re-delivery policy does not work
Issue

We have an individual policy set for a queue for redelivery with maximumRedeliveries=0. However when the application throws RuntimeException, the JMS implementation put the message back to the queue twice.

We need assistance on determining where to configure reconnect and redelivery policies for JBOSS EAP Java applications
