rsyslog7 does not start
Issue
We have just tried to upgrade from rsyslog to rsyslog7 and we are running into the error below when restarting the service
[root@hal ~]# service rsyslog restart
Shutting down system logger: [FAILED]
Starting system logger: rsyslogd: run failed with error -2207 (see rsyslog.h or try http://www.rsyslog.com/e/2207 to learn what that number means)
[FAILED]
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6
- rsyslog7
