What's an available value for schema-validation-enabled property in CXF endpoint

What's an available value for schema-validation-enabled property in CXF endpoint? Is it possible to set "IN" because it's necessary for the workaround introduced at https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CXF-5686.
