How to add JVM Options to Fuse or A-MQ container in Windows Envionment ?

Issue

• How to specify the java options for the Fuse installation running on Windows environment?
• We referred to the article https://access.redhat.com/solutions/536573 and added the following option:

SET KARAF_OPTS="-verbose:gc -Xloggc:D:/PATH/gc.log."date +%Y%m%d%H%M%S" -XX:+PrintGCDetails -XX:+PrintGCTimeStamps -XX:+PrintGCDateStamps -XX:+HeapDumpOnOutOfMemoryError -XX:HeapDumpPath=D:/DUMP"

• But above causes the following error on startup:
