Reinstallation of RHEV Hypervisor fails with "Cannot add Host - unique id is ambiguous with hosts"
Issue
- Unable to activate RHEV Hypervisor node after re-installation, even after changing IP & Hostname.

The RHEV Manager's rhevm.log contains the error message:

RHEVM GUI displays the error message:
Cannot add Host - unique id is ambiguous with hosts
