Issue

When sending files to ftp, there is a parameter maximumReconnectAttempts which "Specifies the maximum reconnect attempts Camel performs when it tries to connect to the remote FTP server".
It was expected the number of reconnect attempts to be unlimited if maximumReconnectAttempts=0.
However, having maximumReconnectAttempts=0 actually sets number of attempts to zero, i.e. as soon as connection attempt fails, Camel never retries.
Is it how it is supposed to be or is it a bug?
