Unable to unignore a Platform resource in JBoss ON 3.3

Environment

  • Red Hat JBoss Operations Network (JON) 3.3

Issue

After ignoring a platform resource by accident, the three buttons (import, ignore and unignore) got disabled.

  • How to unignore a platform resource?

Resolution

It happens only if the option No is chosen for the question Also select the platform children?. By selecting the ignored platform resource, it will open a dialog box asking you if you want to select all platform children or not. If you click on yes, so the Unignore button will be enabled. This is the expected behavior for platform resources.
