How to disable "Hotspot" feature available in nm-applet in RHEL7 ?

Issue

  • How to permanently disable "Use as Hotspot" option from gnome-control-center's network manager applet(nm-applet) in gnome3 ?
  • Currently users are able to enable it by using following steps:
    • Go to control-center and click on Network.
    • Click on "Use as Hotspot" and click on Turn on.
  • How to disable this feature ?

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.1
  • control-center-3.8.6-18.el7.x86_64
