Issue with oo-admin-ctl-app in Openshift

Issue

The oo-admin-ctl-app command does not allow an administrator to specify a namespace when performing an action on an application.
If there are two application with same name under two domains then performing an actions using oo-admin-ctl-app always fails as below:
