Default timezone for all RHEL6 Official AMIs is set to US East (EST), How to change it to UTC?
Issue
- Currently the default timezone in all regions rhel6 amis is set to US East. Why "US EAST"? UTC would be more appropriate. How can I set UTC as Default timeone.
- By default, Red Hat AMIs in Amazon Web Services are set to EST to their timezone. Please change this to UTC.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 AMIs
- Amazone EC2
