libvirtd default network dnsmasq conflicts with other dnsmasq running on the system
Issue
libvirtd has a concept of a default network and for purpose of this network it starts dnsmasq instance. We do not use this default network. And we have a second dnsmasq instance providing IPs for some VMs. We delete/undefine/destroyed the default network but the dnsmasq for the default network keeps starting, we could not find any libvirtd options to block it from starting.
Is there any way to tell libvirtd to not start this additional dnsmasq?
