RHEV Data Center is reported with a status of "Uninitialized" if it only contains RHS nodes
Issue
If a RHEV Data Center only contains RHS nodes, then the Data Center will have an ""Uninitialized" status in the Admin Portal.

- Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization (RHEV) 3.5 and prior releases
- Red Hat Storage (RHS)
