Activation key connected to update composite content view includes non-existing repositories

Issue

After updating the content of a Composite Content View to refer to a new software version repo. The previously included software version repo is also included in the repositories managed by subscription-manager, but of coruse this obsolete repo is not available in the new content view and therefor also not accessible. With in the end all yum commands failing to download the metadata.
