No logging when starting WAR deployment having camel-cxf dependency

Issue

• If camel-cxf jar is included in the pom, no logs are seen when the war is active on the karaf server. If camel-cxf jar is removed in the war and install camel-cxf features on the karaf server, still no logging.

• If camel-cxf jar is removed in the war, and uninstall camel-cxf features on the karaf server, started to see logging, but have this error:
