Can I use a load balancer between an AMQP client and a qpid broker?
Issue
We're using a MRG-M Broker cluster which is dedicated for customer access. The customer authentication is done via certificates. Currently customers know IP addresses of each broker and could decide themselves to which they want to connect. Each broker has it's own host certificate. We plan to add a (Hardware-)Loadbalancer for better balanced distribution of the broker sessions.
- Is it a supported configuration to have a Loadbalancer between client and Broker?
- I assume behind the Loadbalancer the host certificate is the same on all brokers.
